Exhibition Express | AGCU Debuts at the First Public Security Criminal Investigation New Technology Forum
Date:2023-11-16;
The first Public Security Organs Criminal Investigation New Technology Forum will be held grandly in Jiaxing, Zhejiang from November 13 to November 17, 2023. In order to thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology to revitalize the police and public security big data, accelerate the construction of new technological means and intelligent new criminal technologies, promote innovation in criminal investigation models, and better promote the high-quality development of criminal investigation work, the China Association for Criminal Science and Technology held the "Science and Technology to Revitalize the Police: Forging the Blade of the Sword" forum. More than 600 leaders and professionals from public security, procuratorates, courts, judiciary, disciplinary inspection and supervision commissions, security, customs, military security departments, universities and other relevant departments from all over the country attended this grand event.
Debut product
EX38 Fluorescence Detection Kit
AGCU unveiled its upgraded DNA database series product EX38 fluorescence detection kit at this exhibition. The EX38 fluorescence detection kit uses six color fluorescence labeling and multiplex amplification method to detect the polymorphism of 35 autosomal STR loci, DYS391, Amelogenin, and 1 Y indel locus in human genomic DNA. It directly amplifies blood or saliva stains without template extraction and purification. This reagent kit has received widespread praise in practical applications.
QT DNA Quantitative Detection Kit
The QT DNA quantitative detection kit launched by our company adopts the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, which can simultaneously quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate human total DNA and male DNA. Simultaneously containing an internal reference (IPC) for monitoring the PCR process and evaluating the presence of inhibitors in the sample. The human DNA quantitative detection kit aims to determine whether a sample contains sufficient and complete DNA, providing reliable information on sample degradation or inhibition. Helps make critical decisions in the STR analysis workflow, greatly improving experimental efficiency and using precious samples more cautiously.
EQ 9600 Real time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR System
At this exhibition, AGCU also demonstrated its agent product EQ 9600 real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR system to the audience. The product is based on a global perspective of product design concept and manufacturing process, creatively combining the new optical signal acquisition technology of Fresnel lens, time-resolved signal separation technology, and unique temperature control technology, effectively solving the problem of fluorescence multi-color crosstalk between multiple channels and samples. The detection sensitivity, temperature uniformity, and accuracy have reached the international advanced level, supporting the application of all common QPCR detection modes.
